Overview
The Lioness+ UTI/ABR Combo Panel pairs the Lioness UT Microbiota Panel A (20 bacterial species, 4 yeasts and an internal control) with the Pongo Antibiotic Resistance Panel A (24 resistance genes). Both panels run on the same extracted DNA with the same cycling, so labs get urinary tract pathogen and resistance results from one extraction and one run.
Includes the full Lioness UT Microbiota Panel A and Pongo Antibiotic Resistance Panel A, with positive controls for each.

Recommended cycling
- Enzyme activation: 95 °C for 2 minutes
- 40 cycles: 95 °C for 3 seconds, then 59 °C for 30 seconds
- Collect fluorescence during the 59 °C step on FAM, HEX, Cy5 and ROX (or equivalent channels)
- Prepare each tube's reaction mix separately; do not combine primer and probe mixes
