How it works

  1. Submit your PO with this form. Items in your cart are filled in for you.
  2. Tax-exempt? Attach your exemption certificate. We keep it on file for future orders.
  3. We confirm in writing, usually within one business day, and ship on dry ice by FedEx Priority Overnight.
  4. We invoice. Payment is due on receipt of invoice by ACH, wire or check.

Shipping

$200 covers the first 3 kits, then $25 for each of the 4th and 5th kits and $15 for each kit after that. Dry ice is included. U.S. addresses only; for international orders, email orders@bandit.bio.
