How to order
Quotes, purchase orders, payment and shipping.
Steps
- Get a price. List prices are in the Product Catalog, Fall 2026. For volume pricing or custom work, request a quote.
- Send a purchase order to [email protected] with SKUs, quantities, ship-to and bill-to addresses, and a contact for delivery.
- We confirm your order in writing. An order is binding once we accept it.
- We ship and invoice. You receive tracking details when the order ships.
Terms
- Pricing. U.S. dollars, excluding sales and other taxes.
- Payment. Due on receipt of invoice, by ACH or wire using the instructions on the invoice, or by check to Accounts Payable, Bandit Biosystems, 1926 Kellogg Ave, Suite 100, Carlsbad, CA 92008.
- Shipping. Ex Works our facility unless agreed otherwise. Freight is paid by the customer. Delivery dates are estimates. For international orders, contact [email protected].
- Changes and cancellations. Changes to an accepted order go through our change control process. Accepted orders cannot be cancelled.
- On delivery. Inspect your products and tell us promptly if anything does not match your order.
- Research use only. All products are for research use only and are not for use in diagnostic procedures.
