Ringworm qPCR Panel
Microsporum and Trichophyton, the dermatophyte fungi associated with ringworm, in a single tube.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Overview
Qualitative single-tube multiplex qPCR detection of Microsporum spp. (including M. canis, M. ferrugineum and M. audouinii) and Trichophyton spp. (including T. mentagrophytes, T. tonsurans and T. equinum). When paired with appropriate sampling and extraction methods, the panel is suitable for specimens from veterinary sources.
