Amplification Master Mixes

HotStart

Inactive at room temperature

Every master mix uses a HotStart DNA polymerase that stays inactive at room temperature and activates after 2 minutes at 95 °C.

OneStep RT

Thermostable reverse transcriptase

RT-qPCR kits use a modified M-MLV reverse transcriptase with RNase H activity removed and increased thermal stability.

Complete

Everything in the box

All kits include nucleotides, buffers and nuclease-free water, and are optimized for our primer and probe panels.
